針對需要退磁的工件,采用裝有變壓器油的框式退磁器退磁。退磁后,殘磁量≤0.4mT ,保證了清洗效果。退磁器通過油循環冷卻+風冷形式,并在機內配備無功補償,達到節能降耗的效果。
